Mikey has over 30+ experience in the service and creation of food. Classically trained at Lederwolf Culinary Academy Mikey has come up through the trenches of fast food to starched white tablecloths. From cooking for strippers and their patrons to preparing 5 course meals for Rock and Roll icons, Ex Presidents and Heads of State.

Though his current menu focuses on mostly pub grub, Mikey’s extensive knowledge of cooking styles can accommodate your particular culinary request to make your event unforgettable.
