Park rat
COLD PALE ALE
4.8% ABV
Park Rat is our radically refreshing Cold Pale Ale named after our friends who seem to never want to ride on powder days. By using a highly fermentable malt bill with flaked rice and fermenting with lager yeast, we created a crisp and clean Pale Ale that’s all about hop character. Our Cold Pale is hopped to the hilt with Citra, Citra Cryo, Loral, and Strata creating luscious floral aromas and tropical flavors of passion fruit, mango, and papaya with a bold citrus finish.
Helles
MUNICH STYLE LAGER
4.8% ABV
Helles Dee is our German-style pale lager, infinitely crushable, it's almost mind-altering. Brewed with heirloom German Pilsner malt and hopped gently with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this lager has subtle bitterness and nuanced malt character. Helles Dee features notes of fresh bread with honey, fresh hay, malt sweetness, and hints of floral notes before finishing exceedingly crisp and refreshing.
South Lake Pilsner
PILSNER

South Lake Pilsner is our crushable German-inspired lager and quintessential Tahoe refreshment for any adventure. Weyermann pilsner malt creates a cracker-like malt character and a hint of sweetness, while classic German Noble hops provide a floral nose along with citrus and spice undertones before finishing crisp and clean.
Pontoon Party
HARD SELTZER
5.0% ABV
Pontoon Party is our hard seltzer with strawberry and lemon. Radically refreshing, this 5.0% ABV bubbly drank is La Crush-able and totally free of gluten.
Shred by night
SCHWARZBIER
5.4% ABV
Shred by Night Schwarzbier is our dark lager clocking in at 5.1% abv. Brewed with German Pilsner and specialty malts and a touch of roasted barley, this beer balances the rich flavors of dark beer with the refreshing clean finish of a lager. Notes of cacao nibs, hearty bread, and freshly roasted coffee beens that finishes crisper than its color suggests.
marlette sunrise
BLOOD ORANGE BLONDE
5.3% ABV
Our Marlette Sunrise is a take on our original blonde ale that gained an instant following. We brewed it with honey malt and flaked wheat for a hint of sweet malt complexity and then added a hint of blood orange purée to the conditioning beer. The result is a tasty brew that has nuanced fruit notes and a clean and refreshing finish, perfect for summertime in Lake Tahoe.
Trail builder
PALE ALE
5.4% ABV
Trail Builder Pale Ale is our modern American Pale Ale brewed in support of the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. Multiple base malts lend bready flavors and a balanced mouthfeel. Cascade, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops create radical notes of grapefruit rind, fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and pine resin. This beer is best consumed with friends after a long day of digging and riding single track.
Juice Division
HAZY PALE ALE
5.8% ABV
Juice Division is our hazy pale ale brewed with flavorful base malt, along with malted and flaked oats to lend a soft, luscious body. Features notes of bright citrus, overripe stone fruit, candied mango, and pineapple juice from our expressive ale yeast and a healthy dose of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops.
Little pines
CALIFORNIA IPA
6.0% ABV
Little Pines is our dry and hoppy California IPA coming in at a refreshing 6.0% ABV. A grist bill of pilsner malt keeps the beer intentionally light and clean to allow the hops to burst forth. Krush, Krush Cryo, Nelson, and Strata hops create punchy notes of dank berries, bright tropical fruits, and juicy peaches with a clean, pine resin bitterness throughout. Invigorating as a mountain spring, Little Pines CA IPA delivers mean hop flavor in a crisp package.
Barrett Brown
BROWN ALE
6.2% ABV
Full-bodied brown ale brewed with crystal and pale chocolate malts for a full body and decadent flavor. Notes of raisin bread, German chocolate cake, caramel, and oatmeal cookies.
Steeze cat
COLD IPA

Steeze Cat, the ultimate style animal on the slopes, is our bright and pungent Cold IPA. By using a highly fermentable malt bill with flaked rice and fermenting with lager yeast at warmer temps, we created a crisp and clean IPA that’s all about hop character. Steeze Cat is hopped during fermentation with Citra, Centennial, and Mosaic hops creating aromas of sticky herbs and ripe tropical fruits. Vivid flavors of mango, lychee, and Fruity Pebbles make way for a crisp grapefruit rind finish.
Angora
WEST COAST IPA

Brewers Cup of California 2023 Winner! Angora was the very first IPA we ever brewed. This beer is a modern West Coast IPA brewed with a dash of oats and white wheat and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe throughout. Angora IPA features notes of candied mango, ripe tropical fruits, and damp pine forest.
FOG NOZZLE
HAZY IPA
6.8% ABV
The Fog Nozzle, with a 6.8% ABV and 35 IBU, is our New England style IPA fermented with an expressive yeast and hopped to the gills with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Notes of oatmeal with apricot preserves, pineapple, mango orange juice, and a hint of coniferous forest, make this beer a real treat to quaff.
Frost Blade
COLD DOUBLE IPA
8.5% ABV
Frost Blade is our killer Cold Double IPA brewed with rice and fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures for an extra crisp mouthfeel. Hopped to the hilt with Citra, Citra Cryo, and Idaho 7, along with New Zealand-grown Nectaron and Nelson hops; Frost Blade is dripping with notes of luscious tropical fruit nectar, ripe stone fruit, and pungent gooseberries. This 8.5% ABV Cold DIPA cuts through thirst with bright hop flavors and a razor-sharp clean finish.
Sendtaur
BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT

Sendtaur is our gnarly imperial stout named for the rarely seen mythical creature of shred. Aged in freshly dumped Frey Ranch Rye and High West barrels for over two years, this whiskey-soaked Imperial Stout charges hard at your taste buds with notes of oak, dark cacao, vanilla, caramel, and hints of spicy rye. Sendtaur finishes sultry and smooth and is the perfect way to warm up after a long day of sending it.
