Liberty Lager
AMERICAN LAGER

Liberty Lager is our American Light Lager brewed for the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America. We proudly chose to brew with American-grown ingredients for quality and flavor. California-grown and malted Admiral pilsner malt, along with Lorien Hops from Indie Hops, lend subtle flavors of honeysuckle, cracker, meadow wildflowers, and a touch of citrus zest. Immensely refreshing and crisp, Liberty Lager is best drank while celebrating the USA in the great outdoors.

marlette sunrise
BLOOD ORANGE BLONDE
5.3% ABV
Our Marlette Sunrise is a take on our original blonde ale that gained an instant following. We brewed it with honey malt and flaked wheat for a hint of sweet malt complexity and then added a hint of blood orange purée to the conditioning beer. The result is a tasty brew that has nuanced fruit notes and a clean and refreshing finish, perfect for summertime in Lake Tahoe.
Angora
WEST COAST IPA
6.7% ABV
Brewers Cup of California 2023 Winner! Angora was the very first IPA we ever brewed. This beer is a modern West Coast IPA brewed with a dash of oats and white wheat and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe throughout. Angora IPA features notes of candied mango, ripe tropical fruits, and damp pine forest.
FOG NOZZLE
HAZY IPA
6.8% ABV
The Fog Nozzle, with a 6.8% ABV and 35 IBU, is our New England style IPA fermented with an expressive yeast and hopped to the gills with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Notes of oatmeal with apricot preserves, pineapple, mango orange juice, and a hint of coniferous forest, make this beer a real treat to quaff.
South Lake Pilsner
PILSNER
4.8% ABV
South Lake Pilsner is our crushable German-inspired lager and quintessential Tahoe refreshment for any adventure. Weyermann pilsner malt creates a cracker-like malt character and a hint of sweetness, while classic German Noble hops provide a floral nose along with citrus and spice undertones before finishing crisp and clean.
Shoreline
SESSION IPA

We love our local bike shops, especially Shoreline of Tahoe for their trail-building heart! We brewed Shoreline Session Ale, a hoppy, low-ABV refresher with tropical, citrus, and pine notes, to celebrate them. Grab a pint after your ride and visit Shoreline at 259 Kingsbury Grade for all your gear. Rip trails, drink beer!
Sierra Oro
MEXICAN STYLE LAGER
4.8% ABV
Sierra Oro is our take on the ever-crushable Mexican Lager. This beer is brewed with German Pilsner and Vienna malts along with flaked maize for a complex, refreshing mouthfeel. Motueka hops produce a touch of bright lemon-lime citrus to balance the palate. Notes of freshly-fired corn tortillas, toast with honey, and a hint of zesty lime have us dreaming about warm days at the lake.
Lake & Bake
WEST COAST PILSNER

Lake & Bake West Coast Pilsner is a collaboration with our friends at Embarc in support of Clean Up The Lake. Pilsner malt creates a crisp and refreshing body for ultimate crushability. Hop terpenes plus a heavy dose of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Strata hops create dank notes of juicy berries, hi-def citrus, and a whiff of reefer. Bold hop flavors will have you coming back for another hit.
Bay Buds
NEW ZEALAND PALE ALE
5.0% ABV
Bay Buds is our NZ Pale Ale, brewed with our friends at Hop Dogma for our 9th Anniversary. Hopped to the hilt with NZ Cascade, Strata, Strata CGX, Riwaka, Peachrine, and Riwaka Hop Kief, it balances a clean malt profile with big hop flavor. Expect dank aromatics of tropical fruit and grapefruit, followed by flavors of passionfruit, lime zest, and lychee that finish with hints of grass and berries. It's refreshing no matter what bay you enjoy it next to.
Ponga
HOPPY NEW ZEALAND PILSNER
5.0% ABV
Ponga, our NZ-hopped Pilsner, is named after the Maori word for the Silver Fern. Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Wai-iti and Nectaron, it's fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. Ponga features aromas of fresh flowers, lime zest, and peach skin over crackery malt undertones. Tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit play with peach and apricot, before a punchy grapefruit and lime finish. Ponga Pilsner is the epitome of crushable – bright, refreshing, crisp, and clean.
Trail Builder
AMERICAN PALE ALE
5.4% ABV
Trail Builder Pale Ale is our modern American Pale Ale brewed in support of the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. Multiple base malts lend bready flavors and a balanced mouthfeel. Cascade, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops create radical notes of grapefruit rind, fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and pine resin. This beer is best consumed with friends after a long day of digging and riding single track.
Barrett Brown
BROWN ALE
6.2% ABV
Full-bodied brown ale brewed with crystal and pale chocolate malts for a full body and decadent flavor. Notes of raisin bread, German chocolate cake, caramel, and oatmeal cookies.

WEST COAST IPA
6.7% ABV
Our 9th Anniversary WC IPA brewed with our friends and at Altamont Beer Works. Featuring pilsner malt and hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Krush throughout with T90, Cryo, DynaBoost, and Fresh Cryo hop products for an intense saturated hop character. Killer aromas of grapefruit rind, gummies, pine, and fresh hops. Ride the Lupulin sends it hard with flavors of ripe mango and peach, juicy citrus, and dank resin, with a clean and bright finish.
Crystal Range
WEST COAST IPA
6.6% ABV
Our crisp and punchy West Coast IPA named for the granite-capped mountain peaks overlooking Desolation Wilderness. Brewed with pilsner and two-row malt for a lean and clean body dip-hopped with Citra Cryo and then dry-hopped with Citra Idaho 7 and Strata for a big and bold hop character. Crystal Range features notes of macerated strawberries ripe stone fruit juicy grapefruit and wafts of reefer before finishing bright and clean with a balanced bitterness.
TAHOE Helles
MUNICH-STYLE LAGER

Tahoe Helles is our Munich-style pale lager, infinitely crushable, it's almost mind-altering. Brewed with heirloom German Pilsner malt and hopped gently with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this lager has subtle bitterness and nuanced malt character. Tahoe Helles features notes of freshly baked bread with honey, delicate herbs, and hints of spring flowers before finishing crisp and refreshing.
Rip It Red
HOPPY RED ALE

Rip It Red Ale is our hoppy red ale brewed with Vienna and crystal malts and hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, and Idaho 7. A subtle malty sweet body creates the canvas for these classic PNW hops to play. This red ale features aromas of freshly toasted bread, alpine forest, and candied citrus on the nose. Flavors of pine sap, sweet caramelized malt, and bold grapefruit paired with a clean bitterness make Rip It Red a balanced and flavorful beer brewed for sending!
