Pontoon Party

HARD SELTZER

5.0% ABV

Pontoon Party is our hard seltzer conditioned on strawberry puree. Subtly tropical and radically refreshing, this 5.0% ABV bubbly drank is crushable and totally free of gluten.

South Lake

PILSNER

4.8% ABV

South Lake Pilsner is our crushable German-inspired lager and quintessential Tahoe refreshment for any adventure. Weyermann Pilsner Malt creates a cracker-like malt character and a hint of sweetness, while classic German Noble hops provide a floral nose along with citrus and spice undertones before finishing crisp and clean.

FESTBIER

PALE LAGER

5.0% ABV

Festbier is our German Pale Lager brewed for our SLBC Oktoberfest. German Pilsner and Vienna malts combined with German hops give our Festbier a delicious balance of bready malt flavors and a clean hop bite. This bier is bright and crisp and goes down by the liter at 5.0% ABV.

Ponga

HOPPY NEW ZEALAND PILSNER

5.0% ABV

Ponga, our NZ-hopped Pilsner, is named after the Maori word for the Silver Fern. Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Wai-iti and Nectaron, it's fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. Ponga features aromas of fresh flowers, lime zest, and peach skin over crackery malt undertones. Tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit play with peach and apricot, before a punchy grapefruit and lime finish. Ponga Pilsner is the epitome of crushable – bright, refreshing, crisp, and clean.

marlette sunrise

BLOOD ORANGE BLONDE

5.3% ABV

Our Marlette Sunrise is a take on our original blonde ale that gained an instant following. We brewed it with honey malt and flaked wheat for a hint of sweet malt complexity and then added a hint of blood orange purée to the conditioning beer. The result is a tasty brew that has nuanced fruit notes and a clean and refreshing finish, perfect for summertime in Lake Tahoe.

GERMAN AMBER LAGER

6.2% ABV

Märzen

Märzen is our German Amber Lager brewed for our SLBC Oktoberfest. Brewed with Weyermann Munich malts, this bier has rich malt and toasted bread notes and finishes crisp at 6.2% ABV.

Topaz

AUSTRALIAN PALE ALE

5.2% ABV

Topaz is our Australian-style pale ale brewed to celebrate our brew dog and chocolate lab, Topaz. This beer from Down Under is brewed with a clean and restrained grain bill and hopped to the hilt with Topaz and Galaxy hops. Floral and wood aromas lead to bold flavors of pine, lychee, and passionfruit with a citrus undercurrent and a refreshingly hoppy and crisp finish.

Trail Builder

AMERICAN PALE ALE

5.4% ABV

Trail Builder Pale Ale is our modern American Pale Ale brewed in support of the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. Multiple base malts lend bready flavors and a balanced mouthfeel. Cascade, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops create radical notes of grapefruit rind, fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and pine resin. This beer is best consumed with friends after a long day of digging and riding single track.

Angora

WEST COAST IPA

6.7% ABV

Brewers Cup of California 2023 Winner! Angora was the very first IPA we ever brewed. This beer is a modern West Coast IPA brewed with a dash of oats and white wheat and hopped with Mosaic Centennial Citra and Simcoe throughout. Angora IPA features notes of candied mango ripe tropical fruits and damp pine forest.

FOG NOZZLE

HAZY IPA

6.8% ABV

The Fog Nozzle, with a 6.8% ABV and 35 IBU, is our New England style IPA fermented with an expressive yeast and hopped to the gills with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Notes of oatmeal with apricot preserves, pineapple, mango orange juice, and a hint of coniferous forest, make this beer a real treat to quaff.

Turbular

JUICY IPA

6.5% ABV

Ride this turbid swell of juiciness featuring Amarillo, Azacca, Citra and Nelson hops. This radical IPA has bright notes of mango, nectarine, and lychee. Finishes with an undercurrent of citrus.

Alpine Aloha

WEST COAST IPA

6.6% ABV

Our West Coast IPA with a tropical twist that blends classic pine and dank herb flavors with new age fruity citrus notes. Pilsner malt in the mash creates a dry and crisp body for the bright hop characters to shine. Hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops: Alpine Aloha is bursting with aromas of freshly squeezed grapefruit and dank pine. Flavor notes of sticky tropical fruits juicy citrus and evergreen needles will be sure to remind you of blissful days on the beaches of Lake Tahoe.

Hope Valley

WEST COAST IPA

9.0% ABV

An ode to our favorite place to observe the autumnal colors in all their glory Hope Valley is our West Coast IPA brewed to celebrate the change of seasons in the Sierra. 2 Row and Vienna malt in the mash create a balanced background for the hops to pop. A healthy dose of Columbus Cryo Ekuanot Idaho 7 Simcoe and Nugget hops throughout lend a bright citrus candy aroma and notes of apricot grapefruit pith pine and lemon drop candy. A resinous bitterness and clean finish make Hope Valley the perfect companion for observing some alpine foliage.
