Beer production
Our production area comprises of a 10 barrel brewhouse, seven 20 barrel fermentation tanks, four 10 barrel fermentation tanks, and a canning line. Our brew system allows us to keep a full tap list at the Brewery and The Libation Lodge while distributing to bars and restaurants around town and outside of the Lake Tahoe basin.
