Pontoon Party

Ranch Water Seltzer

Pontoon Party - Ranch Water is our hard seltzer with lime and agave. Subtly tropical and radically refreshing, this 4.7% ABV bubbly drank is La Crush-able and totally free of gluten.

Park Rat

COLD Pale ALE

Park Rat is our radically refreshing Cold Pale Ale named after our friends who seem to never want to ride on powder days. By using a highly fermentable malt bill with flaked rice and fermenting with lager yeast, we created a crisp and clean Pale Ale that’s all about hop character. Our Cold Pale is hopped to the hilt with Citra, Centennial, and Loral, creating luscious floral aromas and tropical flavors of passion fruit and papaya with a bold citrus finish.

WEST COAST PILSNER

5.0% ABV

Lake & Bake West Coast Pilsner is brewed in collaboration with our friends at Embarc. Pilsner malt creates a crisp and refreshing body for ultimate crushability. Hop terpenes plus a heavy dose of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata hops in the kettle and the dry hop create dank notes of juicy berries, hi-def citrus, and a whiff of reefer. Bold hop flavors in a clean and light package will have you coming back for another hit.

BLOOD ORANGE BLONDE

Our Marlette Sunrise is a take on our original blonde ale that gained an instant following. We brewed it with honey malt and flaked wheat for a hint of sweet malt complexity and then added a hint of blood orange purée to the conditioning beer. The result is a tasty brew that has nuanced fruit notes and a clean and refreshing finish, perfect for summertime in Lake Tahoe.

ST. BARLES

RED ALE

St. Barles Red Ale is affectionately named after our owners’ chocolate lab, Barley. Brewed with English base malts, crystal malt, and chocolate malt, St. Barles has notes of molasses, toffee, and hints of coffee and cacao nibs before finishing clean and crisp. It’s the perfect beer to pair with petting dogs for our annual St. Barles’ Day celebration!

Angora

WEST COAST IPA

Brewers Cup of California 2023 Winner! Angora was the very first IPA we ever brewed. This beer is a modern West Coast IPA brewed with a dash of oats and white wheat and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe throughout. Angora IPA features notes of candied mango, ripe tropical fruits, and damp pine forest.

Fog NOzzle

HAZY IPA

6.8% ABV

The Fog Nozzle, with a 6.8% ABV and 35 IBU, is our New England style IPA fermented with an expressive yeast and hopped to the gills with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Notes of oatmeal with apricot preserves, pineapple, mango orange juice, and a hint of coniferous forest, make this beer a real treat to quaff.

High supply

DANK WEST COAST IPA

7.2% ABV

High Supply is our potent West Coast IPA with a bracing bitterness, refreshing finish, and huge hop character. Using Mosaic, Strata, Chinook, Ekuanot, and Nugget T-90 hops throughout the brewing process creates lupulin-driven notes of sticky pine, juicy citrus, overripe tropical fruit, and pungent herb.

Sendtaur

BBA STOUT

11.0% ABV

Imperial stout named for the rarely seen mythical creature of shred. Aged in freshly dumped Frey Ranch Rye barrels for over a year, this whiskey-soaked behemoth charges hard at your taste buds with notes of oak, dark cacao, vanilla, caramel, and hints of spicy rye.
